REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Poop Scoop Mass Clients Referral Program Requirements and Restrictions
Each Referring Client needs to be a current client of Poop Scoop Mass to receive any Referral Rewards.

Referring Clients may refer an unlimited number of Potential Referrals to Poop Scoop Mass, but each Referring Client who earns more than $600 in Referral Rewards in any given calendar year may be issued a Form 1099-MISC in accordance with federal tax law.

Poop Scoop Mass offers services in certain boundaries in the state of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. Referring Clients that send us a Potential Referral in a location that we do not service, the Referring Client and the Potential Referral will not receive a Referral Reward.

Only one Referring Client is permitted per Referral.

Only one Referral Reward will be issued per Referral.

If the Potential Referral used our services at any time previously from the date we received this Potential Referral request, both the Referring Client and Potential Referral will NOT receive any Referral Reward or voucher.

Poop Scoop Mass will issue compensation for each Potential Referral as a one-time bill credit on the Referring Clients monthly bill following the Potential Referral’s completion of their first cleaning with Poop Scoop Mass.

The Referring Client will receive a one-time $15 account credit for each Potential Referral Poop Scoop Mass receives that either signups for recurring services or a one-time cleanup.

The Referring Client will have up to 6 months to use their one-time $15 credit from the date they received their Referral Award. After the 6 months of not using their Referral Reward, it will be removed from their account and no longer available to use.

The Potential Referral that we receive from our Referring Client will receive a one-time $15 voucher credit that will be applied towards their first cleanup with Poop Scoop Mass if they set up recurring services.

The Potential Referral that we receive from our Referring Client that wants a one-time cleanup from Poop Scoop Mass will NOT receive any voucher reward towards their first time cleanup.

The Referring Client will be eligible for a Referral Award if the Potential Referral request was submitted through a personalized referral link from the Referring Clients Poop Scoop Mass client portal; or if the Potential Referral verbally shared the Referring Clients name that is shown or presented on their Poop Scoop Mass client account.

The Potential Referral will be eligible for a Referral Reward if their Potential Referral request was submitted through a personalized referral link from the Referring Client's Poop Scoop Mass client portal. They will NOT receive a Referral Award with any other ways of submission.


This Referral Reward Policy is valid until December 31st, 2024
